Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Hardschool website, game server, account features and related services. By entering the site, creating an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Service scope
Hardschool provides an online game experience, account management, virtual product sales and community services. Service may be paused for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, sometimes without prior notice.
2. Account creation and security
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. If you notice suspicious access, contact us through our Discord server without delay.
3. Virtual products and payments
All products sold on the site are virtual and no physical delivery is made. After payment is approved, the product is assigned to your account instantly. In-game use, transfer or consumption of virtual products cannot be tracked afterward or reversed, so completed purchases are not refundable.
4. Player behavior
You may not harm other players or the service through cheating, exploits, spam, harassment, scams or abuse of systems. Third party tools that create unfair advantage, disrupt the economy or manipulate payment processes are prohibited.
5. Fraud and abuse
If fraud, cheating, chargeback abuse or a similar violation is detected, the related account may be suspended or permanently closed. Accounts involved in the same transaction, linked by trade or showing suspicious connection may also be suspended while the matter is reviewed.
6. Account suspension and termination
Rule violations, payment disputes, security risks or conduct that harms the community may lead to temporary or permanent account closure. No refund or compensation is owed for virtual products remaining on a suspended account.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, texts, visuals and the Hardschool name belong to management. Copying, distribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited. In-game content remains subject to the licences of its respective rights holders.
8. Changes
This document may be updated. The current version applies from the date it is published on the site. Continued use of the service means that you accept the updated terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Management is not liable for indirect losses caused by connection problems, data loss, third party payment provider errors or game balance changes. Rights that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.
