Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for virtual product purchases made through Hardschool. Before paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. No refunds
All products sold on the site are virtual and do not include physical delivery. Once payment is approved, the purchase is complete and no refund is given. Bank or payment provider disputes, including chargebacks, may be treated as abuse.
2. Instant delivery
Virtual products are assigned to your account immediately after payment. If delivery is delayed by a technical issue, you may contact support; that delay does not create an automatic right to a refund.
3. Untrackable use
After virtual products are used, transferred or consumed in-game, they cannot be taken back. The system cannot later verify exactly who used them, when or how, so refund requests after use are not accepted.
4. User errors
Choosing the wrong product, entering the wrong account information or making another user-side mistake is not a refund reason. You must check your account name and product details before purchasing.
5. Fraud and chargebacks
If fraud, cheating, fake payment or chargeback abuse is detected, the related account may be suspended. Accounts linked by trade or transfer may also be suspended during review. Refund requests are not considered during that process.
6. Pre-purchase duty
Before every purchase, you are responsible for reading the product description, price and this policy. Pressing the payment button means you accept that no refund will be made and that the virtual product will be delivered instantly.
